Type of Doll: Barbie that was purchased used from a thrift store.
Size: 29 cm/11.5 inches
Hair: Originally blonde but was dyed using Liquidtex Phthalocyanine Blue acrylic paint mixed with water.
Eyes: Blue
Lips: Pink
Outfit Description: Wears a multi-colored dress that came with the doll. Fairy wings were made out of polymer clay (with details painted with acrylic paint) then glued on the outfit.

Here is what this doll looked like when I first bought her from the thrift store. She was wearing a very cute halter dress that could easily be altered into a fairy outfit. |
Here is a back view of the doll as she originally looked. She had a long ponytail that was held in place by elastic that had a plastic white bow on it. |
Here is the doll after her first makeover. To make the dress look fancier, I added floral lace to the bottom hem. I removed the elastic from her hair and opted to keep her hair free-flowing. |

Fairy ears were made out of air-drying clay before being attached to the doll's head. |
The ears were painted in flesh color once the clay dried. |
After displaying her in a few craft shows, this doll failed to sell. I decided to remove the fairy ears from her head in order to make her look more attractive to potential buyers. |

The second time was the charm since I sold this doll. |
