A Shining Hour in Snakeskin

Type of Doll This Outfit Fits:1/4 scale doll (16-18 inches/40-45 cm).
Pattern It's Based On: An Ellowyne Wilde pattern called "A Shining Hour" that was published in the December, 2007 issue of Haute Doll magazine. (It was created for that magazine by the Fletcher Pattern Company.)
Outfit Description: A long-sleeved dress that's made out of a fabric that has a snakeskin-like pattern on it. (I purchased the fabric from the remnant table at a local Jo-Ann's Fabrics & Crafts store.) It has tiny white buttons sewn on the front and sleeve cuffs of the dress. The buttons are for decorative purposes only--the dress is really held together with snaps.
Date I Finished Work on It:December 18, 2007

This outfit is modeled in the photos by an Ellowyne Wilde doll. Click on any photo below to see a larger version of the same photo open in a new window.
