Pattern It's Based On: One that's in Venus A. Dodge's book The Dolls' Dressmaker.
Outfit Description: The skirt is made from a cotton navy blue material. The top is made from white cotton material. The collar and sleeves are outlined with a navy blue ribbon. The red tie is made from red ribbon.
